In order to make a reservation, you must first own a series (group of classes). To buy a series, you can either sign up here for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click login, to buy a series and make your reservation.

You should be aware that series expire and class and future series prices are subject to change. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Cash. You can reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (Monday thru the following Monday) but not later than 2 hours prior to class time. Click for online reservations. Deadlines apply regardless of available functionality.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your reservation. SoulCycle will not process reservation charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event such an order is processed, SoulCycle reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. SoulCycle may charge a nominal fee of [$20] per reservation should a payment made via credit card be declined resulting in the need for alternate payment or exception processing. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that SoulCycle may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate entities for order processing.

To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation by 5pm the night before your class. Classes not cancelled by 5pm the night before your scheduled class will be charged to your series. You are able to cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) Log into your account and chose "unreserve" next to the class that you wish to cancel. 2) Call the SoulCycle studio at which you are booked to cancel before 5pm the day before your scheduled class.

BY SIGNING UP FOR AND/OR ATTENDING SOULCYCLE CLASSES, ACTIVITIES AND OTHER PROGRAMS, AND USING SOULCYCLE'S PREMISES, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT (COLLECTIVELY, "CLASSES AND FACILITIES"), YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN INHERENT RISKS AND DANGERS IN SPINNING AND EXERCISE AND IN USING SPINNING AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE CLASSES AND FACILITIES.
