ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that share common experiences and/or goals.
Their purpose is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with SoulCycle’s values, goals, and objectives.
A key focus is to celebrate shared cultural history, heritage, and resources with the organization.
Members of ERGs share knowledge and experience in a safe space.
Peers in ERGs support one another in dealing with issues that arise in the organization.
ERGs act as a collective and can create impact the organization for the
ERG members develop leadership skills by taking initiative and working together.
Employees are encouraged to create additional ERGs to grow our support and impact.
Our goal is to expand & empower the SoulCycle BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color) community and its allies. We provide a platform for employees of color to elevate their voices & develop their careers through a supportive network of allies across the company. We work to make SoulCycle an inclusive place for all by facilitating conversations & managing programs addressing race, diversity, and equality.
The purpose of the Queer ERG is to create a safe space to celebrate, congregate, and create diversity among the organization for queer folx, with the help of allies. The queer community is inclusive of all genders and sexualities. You do not have to identify as queer to join, allies are welcomed!
