An entertainment industry dropout and native Angeleno, Lisa brings her fiery SOUL to SoulCycle. Lisa was an artsy child growing up and decided to make health and fitness a priority while in her 20’s. More fit than she ever was as a kid, she left the corporate world for the fitness world, became a NASM certified personal trainer and never looked back. When she’s not sweating it out at SOUL, Lisa can be found playing with the two coolest kids ever, her niece and nephew, or running about seven minutes late.
