Talk about a love-at-first-ride story. Aubrey discovered SoulCycle in 2013 while working as a professional dancer in NYC and made the switch from rider to instructor within months.She then took her expertise to help open up the Miami market in 2015. Over the course of the pandemic she realized that she wanted to return to her midwest roots, so she packed her bags and moved to Chicago! As a Senior Instructor for over six years at Soul, Aubrey uses her experience to build a fun, challenging, and motivational experience. Expect a wide range of music, dance moves, and paces. Keeping things balanced in life both—on and off the bike is her #1 motto. #workhardplayhard
