Tirrell is back at SoulCycle after a few years in Australia and he's ready to bring big energy to his hometown, Atlanta. He is playful, charismatic, and loves to move. Teaching has given Tirrell the confidence to step up as a motivational speaker and mindset coach, so on his downtime you'll find him helping people tap into their most confident, authentic, selves and believes change starts with our mindset.
