What's your Soul Story?

Brent grew up in the Washington D.C. metro area as an uber jock. As his own competitive athletic careers came to a close, he struggled to find a form of fitness that motivated him in the same way. That all changed when he discovered SoulCycle. He was hooked after his first ride. Brent worked to become the best rider he could be but knew his true calling was to be an instructor. Being on the podium gives him the chance to combine his creativity from his architecture background, his deep appreciation for music, and his passion to inspire. Most importantly, Brent saw the opportunity to be a SoulCycle instructor as a way to help people change their lives; mind, body and SOUL. So take his class and be ready to push through resistance and get to work...All while jamming out and building a better you!
