What's your Soul Story?

Sumner brings you her warm and southern SOUL from South Carolina. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2008, she received her Apparel Manufacturing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and has been pursuing her passion as a professional dancer. Throughout her journey as a performer, she discovered a desire for fitness. Sumner started at SoulCycle as a rider and fell in the love with the ride at her first pedal stroke. Her class is driven by the beat, movement and emotion and will give you the opportunity to connect with your inner strength and embrace the real you.
