Junior / Jr was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica where life was fun and free. Through his consistent learning of his surrounding and culture, he carries a true sense of direction and character allowing him to connect with people on levels that sets him apart. He builds a family (his class) that celebrates individuality, sharpening the mind to focus on all the things serves us, uplifting the spirit reassuring us that we are strong enough to get through anything, including the physical aspect of the workout; Junior is a competitive track athlete so no doubt that you will be in cardio heaven.
