What's your Soul Story?

Abbey is a proud Canadian, born and raised in Vancouver. From a young age, she had a passion for the stage and the performing arts. This took her to NYC and LA where she earned a BFA in Commercial Dance. Abbey started as a rider at SoulCycle and saw an opportunity to combine her passion for fitness and performance by becoming an instructor. She opened SoulCycle's third Canadian location in Yaletown, Vancouver, and now, is bringing her Soul across the pond. Abbey’s class is an open door to all levels of athletes who want to work hard, sweat, dance, and connect to the music and the moment.
