What's your Soul Story?

Annie was born and raised on Long Island and was always drawn to an active lifestyle. She grew up playing sports and ended up playing lacrosse at the University of Maryland where she won two NCAA Division 1 National Championship Titles with the Terps. Annie definitely has a competitive side to her, but what she loves about SoulCycle is how we work together as a team in that room. We move together, sweat together, and grow a little more every time we clip in. Annie’s class is like being in a locker room before the big game; with fun and exciting energy but also the focus to work hard and get the job done. You will no doubt have a party in her class, while also digging deep and finding the athlete within you.
