The people and community saved me when I moved from the south to Los Angeles in 2016. SoulCycle has become my home away from home.

My class is built on high energy and joy, with a lot of sweat and laughing along the way.
How do you motivate riders to push themselves?
We motivate each other to be our most authentic self in the room, breaking down the barriers and insecurities that we all share.
