What's your Soul Story?

Lauren was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. As a Division 1 soccer player, she has always been obsessed with scoring goals and warm-up mix tapes. Immediately after graduating college, Lauren became a trainer and recruiter for a start-up coffee company, where she realized that she lived to serve energy. After years of finding herself as a rider at SoulCycle, it became clear that her golden path was on the podium, teaching inspiration and energy as an instructor.
