What is your Soul story in 140 characters or less?

My mom introduced me to SoulCycle. What kept me coming back was witnessing my life blossom more and more as I kept clipping in.

Describe your class to give your riders a sense of what to expect.

Expect a powerful, supportive, and high-intensity experience designed to tap your resilience as your favorite artists (and I) cheer you on!

How do you motivate riders to push themselves?

Goosebump-inducing music + saying things like this: Imagine you're a shark and when you take this next push, you're breaching the surface.

What's your Soul Story?

Born in Denmark, raised in Los Angeles, and rooted as a New Yorker, Jasmine is the daughter of two Olympians, who grew up training in her parents' Taekwondo studio. With a deep love for writing, Jasmine marries both her artistic and athletic backgrounds to curate a powerful, creative, and exhilarating class that meets you exactly where you're at in your Soul journey. In terms of music, Jasmine plays a wide variety of genres, so expect to feel a combination of the following: you're the superhero in an action movie, watching a sunset in the desert at a music festival, and launching into outer space all at the same time. Jasmine has been riding at SoulCycle ever since her mom brought her to her first class (a Survivor) in 2014. Her mind-altering moment was (little by little) falling in love with who she became in the dark, on the bike. Her goal in every class is to keep passing that strength and self-compassion onto others.
