Hailing from the sunny beaches of Southern California, Maddison merges her knowledge of fitness with her passion for people. A graduate of The School of Kinesiology at The University of Michigan, Maddison earned her degree in Health and Fitness before moving to NYC to pursue musical theatre and fitness full time. With a background in personal training (NASM CPT + Pre/Postnatal), dance, Megaformer, boxing, cycling, and functional fitness Maddison’s classes take a versatile and holistic approach to full body movement. Her mind over matter mentality will have you pushing yourself past your own limits, all with a smile.
