What's your Soul Story?

Kristyn grew up in Rockville, MD playing lacrosse. After graduating as a Division I athlete, she sought out fitness communities that would allow her to disconnect from the pressures of what working out once was. She found SoulCycle and she knew it was where she belong. After almost three years as a Recruiter, she left and decided to pursue my passion of teaching and coaching as a SoulCycle instructor. Kristyn wants to encourage others to come as they are, own the space that they are in, and know that no matter what they are going through, they are not alone.
