What's your Soul Story?

Alex is a born and raised Floridian who craved the fast-paced lifestyle of NYC. After graduating college with a degree in musical theatre, she continued to pursue her career on the stage. Along the way she found herself working behind the front desk at SoulCycle Bryant Park and that's when her love affair with all things SoulCycle began. Kindness and inclusivity are what inspires her to be the best coach, friend and human she can be. Along with being an actress, Alex grew up figure skating on a competitive level, so be prepared to have a blast dancing and laughing on the bike but always with an athletic edge. Expect fun music, lots of throwbacks and the occasional musical theatre bop thrown in.There will never be a dull moment with this sassy gal.
