Vynnessa, a former track & field star and football athlete has always had a passion for movement. In 2014, she made her transition from athlete to coach - understanding the power of teamwork and synergy, and wants to pay it all forward. She's been motivating Atlanta ever since and shows no signs of slowing down. Vynnessa found a sense of home at Soul and will grace you with her southern hospitality as well as big best friend energy. You can expect to leave Vynnessa's class feeling energized by the big beats and enlightened with the soulful rhythms. When Vynnessa isn't in the studio, she can most likely be found in the Caribbean filming travel content for her YouTube channel (or locally eating food).
