What's your Soul Story?

Born and raised in Miami, Keenan makes his way to the bike podium from the conducting podium. Before falling in love with riding bikes that go nowhere and everywhere at the same time, his first love was (and still is) his violin. After taking his first class in 2019, he made the switch from music education to fitness almost instantaneously. No matter what he does in life, music will always be the root, whether it’s conducting orchestras, performing, or leading the pack. Through turning up the wheel and dancing it out, Keenan encourages his riders to trust themselves, step into their power, and enjoy every single moment.
