Sammy grew up as a dancer in New York. In 2011 he moved out to Los Angeles and quickly fell into not only the dance industry but into the fitness industry as well. After taking his first SoulCycle class, he was hooked. It was the perfect combination of the things he loved most: fitness, music and dancing. As a true performer at heart, Sammy strives to make his classes not only a great mental and physical workout but an entertaining show all at the same time.
