What's your Soul Story?

Born in Boston, MA and raised in London, England, Haley returned to the U.S. for university where she fell in love with teaching group fitness. Post graduate school, she started working in tech, and rediscovered cycling through SoulCycle as a rider. Haley is an early investor in the online coworking space, Flow Club, and loves holding space for others to find flow state on or off the bike. Expect to dance, push, and surprise yourself through soundtracks of big beats, throwbacks and vibes.
