Sam was born and raised in Southern California, and moved to NYC to pursue a career in nursing. When she is not saving lives as an ICU nurse, she is impacting lives in the studio by creating a safe, inspiring, and motivational experience in her class. Her passion for uplifting others and her goal to help you push past your limits, will leave you feeling like your best self beyond the studio walls.
