What's your Soul Story?

Lydia was born and raised in a small town in West Tennessee, most recently living in Knoxville, TN, where she attended graduate school and became a speech-language pathologist. Over the past three years, Lydia has tracked down SoulCycle classes at every opportunity, crediting SoulCycle as the spark that ignited her passion for community-driven movement. When she found herself in a transition period after graduate school, she followed her dream and moved to NYC to teach at SoulCycle. Lydia now combines her background as a communication specialist with her deep love for movement to foster connection and community at SoulCycle.
