Abbs first came to SoulCycle as a rider, looking for a fun way to hang out with her friends, but she found so much more than that! Working the front desk of the iconic Castro studio in San Francisco, CA, introduced her to so many meaningful relationships, allowing her to love and celebrate others as her most authentic and wholehearted self. Now, as an instructor, Abbs has the privilege of being your cheerleader in a more special way! SoulCycle is where she realized her dreams and gained the tenacity to go after them, and she wants YOU to leave her class feeling the same!
