What's your Soul Story?
Lisa is a Master Instructor originally from New Canaan, CT. Since becoming an instructor in 2013, she has taught in over 40 studios across the country and helped establish SOUL communities in San Francisco, Palo Alto, DC, Boston, and NYC. A Boston College alum, Lisa has an extensive background in dance and a lifelong appreciation for music of all genres. Her playlists are a mix of the latest hits, your favorite throwbacks, and songs that make you want to dance like no one's watching. Lisa creates an upbeat, high-energy class where you can get lost in the beat and push yourself further than you thought you could go.
