Rachel brings her Southern-Hippie Soul to SoulCycle from NC. After graduating, Rachel immediately picked up her bags and moved to the Big Apple for opportunities in theatre, music and athletics. After reaching a personal goal of running the NYC marathon, Rachel went looking for other physically intense challenges. SoulCycle met that challenge, and, soon after, she jumped from rider to instructor. Her focus is on form, inspiration and the desire to exceed one’s own expectations. Above all... it will be fun!
