A founding Senior Master Instructor of SoulCycle, Laurie has been teaching indoor cycling since 2000. A native Angelino, she has a vast knowledge of music in all genres from rock, hip hop and alternative. Laurie is also a professional actress and has appeared in a number of shows on HBO, as well as in TV and Film. In her spare time, Laurie is also an activist who works to amplify underrepresented voices.
