What's your Soul Story?

Sue is a Senior Master Instructor and one of the original teachers at SoulCycle. She has kept things simple through the years: Teaching from a place of light-hearted kindness, she plays old-school music that you can sing along with, and she keeps choreography to a minimum. A sample of her music variety: Classic Rock, 70s, 80s & 90s Pop, Funk, Grunge, New Wave, Disco, Show Tunes, Motown, did she say Rock?
