The studio bike is available across the US, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
There are no add-ons that will come with the bike nor is a Equinox+ subscription attached to this purchase. If you wish to have a bike with a tablet and/or accompanying subscription, we recommend you review the SoulCycle At-Home Bike powered by Equinox+.
All bikes are in “as-is” condition. Brand-new bikes have never been ridden, but may have imperfections from moving/storage. Pre-loved bikes have been ridden, so you may see some signs of an incredible ride (or 200) on them. But don’t worry, each bike has been thoroughly inspected & sanitized to ensure every rider gets the safest, best home bike experience.
All bike sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If you have any issues with your bike, please reach out to us at studiobike@soul-cycle.com and we will do our best to take care of it.

All Pre-Loved bikes were surveyed by SoulCycle's in-house bike mechanic teams on the West and East Coasts. All movable parts were diagnosed, repaired (or replaced, if necessary) and sanitized before leaving our warehouses. Parts addressed are listed, but not limited to the following:
Repaired, tightened, replaced the following: Warning Sticker, Foot levelers, transport wheels, twist lock adjustments, weight catchers, cranks, resistance knob, water bottle holders
New on every bike: Pedals
New on most bikes: Seats (if seats were in like new condition, they stayed on the bike)
Cleaned/Sanitized: entire bike
It will be threshold delivery. The Studio Bike will be packaged as required while on a truck, but will be delivered to the customer at their front door assembled and ready for use.
Your bike will be delivered by Perimeter Global Logistics (PGL). Once your order is completed on the Soul Shop, PGL will contact you directly by phone or email, usually within 8-10 business days. They will work with you to set up a delivery time that is convenient for you, and should have your bike delivered within 2-6 weeks of purchase.
Please note this will be a threshold delivery. The Studio Bike will be be delivered at the front door assembled and ready for use. The studio bike will not be set-up in the customer’s home.
Delivery of your new Studio Bike will be completed at your door. Our partners will not bring the bike, or any boxes inside your home.
The Studio Bike weighs 110 lbs and will require two adults to move the bike as required from the front door within the home. The delivery company is not authorized to enter any customer’s home. Please prepare for the delivery accordingly.
If you live in an apartment building on a higher floor, please discuss the delivery details in the initial phone call to coordinate how you can best receive the bike.
Please note, you or a member of your household must be home to receive your bike. The Studio Bike will note be delivered to an address without someone there to receive it.
All bikes will be properly packaged, and our delivery partners will verify that every bike is in working order and not missing anything prior to leaving the warehouse. In the rare event that something is missing upon delivery, please reach out to studiobike@soul-cycle.com and we’ll address it.
US: Our delivery partner, PGL, will contact you directly upon purchase of the studio bike to coordinate delivery within a reasonable window from the purchase date.
The studio bikes are being stored at a warehouse and require delivery directly to the customer’s home.
The Studio Bike with dual sided pedals can accommodate Delta or SPD style cleats.
