How it works:

• Audition Dates & Locations: Once you submit your application, we’ll invite selected candidates to in-person auditions in the following cities:

SoulCycle Instructor Training Program:

This is your opportunity to become a part of the Soul community, hone your skills, and train with the best. It’s time to unlock your potential!

For the first time ever, we’re announcing all of our Instructor Training Programs for the year! Whether you're ready to dive in this Spring, Summer, or Fall, we’ve got a spot for you.

Program Dates:

• Spring: April-May

• Summer: July-August

• Fall: November-December

Training Program Details:

• 5-7 weeks of intense training: Depending on the group you're selected for, you’ll be immersing yourself in 2-4 hours of training each day, Monday through Friday. 

• In-person & virtual: Your training will take place both in your regional market and in New York City at SoulCycle HQ. You’ll dive deep into the art of leading a signature SoulCycle class, followed by one week in Community Rides, and wrapping the program with one week onboarding.

• London candidates will train in their home market only. 

• Mid-day training hours: Training will be held in the mid-day EST time zone (typically 12:00pm - 4:00pm)—perfect for those ready to commit to a full-time training experience!

• Training compensation: SoulCycle trainees are compensated for every hour required during the training program! 

What You’ll Get:

• The SoulCycle Experience: From mastering our signature class format to becoming part of a global community, we’ll teach you how to inspire riders in and out of the studio.

• Tools & Techniques: By the end of the program, you’ll have all the tools you need to confidently curate & lead a SoulCycle class—but remember, this is about transformation, not just a job. Employment opportunities aren’t guaranteed, but the journey is life-changing!

Qualifications for Consideration:

• 2+ years of teaching experience: We’re looking for candidates who have experience in group fitness and are passionate about motivating others.

• Willing to train in New York City: Strong preference for candidates who can commit to training in NYC for 2-3 weeks. It’s where the magic happens! 

• London candidates will train in their home market, only. 

• Knowledgeable in fitness fundamentals: Must have a solid understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and be able to modify exercises for riders of all levels.

• Eager to learn and grow: You should be open-minded and excited to embrace the SoulCycle method, while continuously evolving in your professional journey.

• Tech-savvy: Must have access to a phone, email, and laptop (apple/mac preferred) computer to stay connected and engaged.

• Exceptional hospitality skills: We believe in creating meaningful connections— a passion for community building and creating an unforgettable experience for our riders is paramount.
