Sync your SoulCycle studio rides to Strava and get ready for more celebrations, community, and kudos.

Connect SoulCycle to Strava

1. Open the SoulCycle app and go to account settings

2. Navigate to "Our Partners"

3. Tap "Connect with Strava"

4. Authorize the connection

After you have connected your SoulCycle account to Strava you can automatically sync your studio rides.

Please note that only studio rides completed after connecting the integration on SoulCycle’s will sync to Strava at this time.

Disconnecting SoulCycle from Strava

1. Open the SoulCycle app and go to account settings

2. Navigate to "Our Partners"

3. Tap "Connect with Strava"

4. Select “Disconnect my Strava account”

5. Confirm

FAQs

What data will sync from SoulCycle? Activities will include the class name, moving time, estimated distance and speed, and studio location in the activity description. Media will be included alongside the activity. This integration will support indoor grouping – learn more about grouped indoor activities here.

Is the integration available on all operating devices? Unfortunately no, the Strava integration is only available on iOS.

Is the integration available for the SoulCycle At-Home Bike? No, at this time only rides that are completed in person at a SoulCycle Studio will sync to your Strava account.
